Brief Background: Terri brings an impressive 35+ years of Title experience, having embarked on her journey in 1988 humbly typing commitments and policies. Through unwavering dedication and continuous learning, Terri has climbed the ranks becoming the esteemed Escrow Officer she is today. In November 2011, she was one of the first Escrow Officers in the state to receive the CESP (CESA) Certification. Terri joined Midtown in 2008, recently celebrating her 15^th anniversary with our company!

Throughout her tenure, Terri has consistently showcased her exceptional skills in handling a diverse range of transactions including commercial resale and refinances; residential resales and refinances; condo regimes; probate and family transactions; farm and ranch transactions; REO/foreclosures and short sales. Known for her wealth of knowledge and expertise, Terri is the go-to person in our office for all the answers.
