FAQ: What qualifies as a valid ID?

A valid ID includes:

• Unexpired Driver’s License or State Issued ID Card
• Unexpired USA Passport
• Unexpired US Military Identification
• Unexpired Driver’s License or ID Card issued in Mexico or Canada
• Unexpired Foreign Passport (issued outside of USA) that has a stamp from the Citizenship and Immigration Services

Title Tip: Some lenders require two forms ID at closing. Your escrow officer will make you aware and provide a list of acceptable forms of ID per the lender.
