Brief Background: Montana McNaughton first joined Midtown in 2019 as an Escrow Assistant and returned in 2022 to lead Operations and Business Development before being named CEO.

Montana has more than a decade of experience across real estate development, escrow operations, hospitality, and retail management. Her leadership centers on operational oversight, team development, and supporting Midtown’s continued growth in the Austin real estate market.

Prior to Midtown, Montana served as an Executive Assistant at Valiance Capital, a commercial real estate development and management firm, and gained hands-on experience in escrow operations in both California and Texas.

She currently serves on the board of the Austin Infill Coalition and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.
