Brief Background: Montana McNaughton first joined Midtown in 2018 as an Escrow Assistant and returned in 2022 to lead Operations and Business Development. With over a decade of experience across real estate development, hospitality, and retail management, she brings a thoughtful, client-centered approach to leading teams and streamlining systems.

Prior to Midtown, Montana served as an Executive Assistant at Valiance Capital, a commercial real estate development and management firm, and gained hands-on experience in escrow operations in both California and Texas.

She currently serves on the board of the Austin Infill Coalition and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona.

Outside the office, Montana enjoys hot yoga, cold plunges, and discovering new spots around Austin with friends.
