Brief Background: Montana McNaughton joined Midtown in 2018 as an Escrow Assistant, then rejoined the team in 2022 to lead operations & business development. She brings over 9 years of cross-industry experience including real estate development, hospitality and retail management.

Before Midtown, Montana worked as an Executive Assistant at Valiance Capital, a vertically integrated commercial real estate development and management firm, and as an Escrow Assistant in both California and Texas.

Montana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona, along with a California Real Estate license and an active Notary Public certification.

Outside of work, Montana enjoys hot yoga, trying new restaurants, and uncovering hidden gems in the city with friends.
