Ralph Edward Ishmael Jr. is the attorney/owner of Ishmael Law Firm PC dba Midtown Office of Independence Title. Edward has been in the title business since 1998, handling numerous large and complicated commercial transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars.
Douglas Plummer, one of the founders of Midtown Office, has a BA in Economics from Rice University and an MBA from Harvard University. He worked as a management consultant for 10 years, providing strategy and operations consulting services with Renaissance Solutions and later at Ernst and Young’s Strategic Advisory Services Group.
Michelle Black and Terri Saraceno earned the Certified Escrow Settlement Associate (“CESA”) designation, the highest-level certification an Escrow Officer in Texas may attain. They are both one of the few elite Escrow Officers in the state to hold the CESA title and with their teams they collectively have over 120 years combined experience.
